ECTOMORPH:

These guys have well defined upper body and lower body muscles. They are energetic and active and have no problem in gaining or losing weight and building muscle mass and definition. The main drawback for these kinds of people is that the fat is stored evenly all over your body; they can easily become overweight if they consume a high calorie diet. ENDOMORPH:
Endomorph bodies are soft, plum and round with large bone structure. Some celebrities having this type of body are Jennifer Lopez, Robin Williams and Jack Black. If you have endomorph body, you have a tendency to gain weight easily. It is a struggle to lose weight and gain shape and muscle definition. You have slow metabolic rate. The fat consumed get directly stored in the abs. The best mode to maintain a well defined body is to do lots of cardiovascular exercises to reduce body fat and burn calories.
