One of the major bike manufacturers of India, Bajaj has come with a new pulsar 220cc. This is going to be the fastest bike on the Indian roads. This new pulsar 220 for the year 2009 was launched on 23rd June, 2009. This bike features many additional features than its previous bike. This beast is rated to deliver 21.04 ps @ 8500 rpm. Other major changes made to the bike engine include new combustion chamber, new port geometry for optimized thermodynamics, new valve coat material to eliminate carbon formation.
The 2009 pulsar 220 is capable of achieving a true top speed of 144 kmph. The shocking news is that the bike is going to be priced a very low of Rs 70,000 only, Ex-showroom, Delhi.
