Easy Way To Lose Weight....!!!!!!

As the title implicit, one can reduce their weight by eating more. But eating more potato chips and pizzas won’t help in losing weight. Bu don’t lose heart, there are plenty of other delicious foods in your own kitchen you can binge on to get slim. There are certain types of foods that have negative calories. Negative calorie rich foods are those foods which requires large amount of energy to digest than other foods. For example 100 grams of broccoli gives about 25 kcal. But in order to digest 100 grams of broccoli we require nearly 80 kcal resulting in the net loss of 55 kcal from the body fat. Some negative calorie rich vegetables are beet root, cabbage, celery, carrot, cauliflower, cucumber, beans onion, radish and spinach. Some negative calorie rich fruits are lemon, apple, orange papaya, peach tomato and watermelon. Now let us see how this works? Compared to ordinary foods, the negative calorie foods are harder to breakdown and process. Hence if we include these vegetables and fruits in our daily food, we can become slim easily and in a healthy way. Best of luck.
